sux in costumer service?
after 2 weeks i failed the registration on the HP webbie for the SH's lappy promo, sended quite a fews email to thier help desk & was reply a few times with the same answer...
"Dear xxx, We have received your email. Regarding your enquiry, we will assign a HP personnel to call you toassist you in your redemption. We apologize for the inconvenience caused.For further enquiries, please contact starhub.helpline@hp.comThank you for your kind understanding and support. Yours sincerely, HP StarHub Helpline"
tmd then for the last email i actually spaming a few reply to them again & finally one of the sales pessonal call mi up this morning with this lame reason "i'd call u, but on ur old hp. no." i was like... wtf tat u call my old no. since i had my new no. more then a year & SH shd have it update in my data long long ago... oso told mi tat he just received my email thise week... nbz -.-" wat kind of service they doin, means those previous i sended email they nvr get? then how come still can reply my email i sended previously -.-" kns
i wonder is they really sux on customer service? so far i saw quite alot ppls complaining abt thier service, got 1 even miss out the lappy power pack... rotfl =X
anyway, nvr go kpkb on him, jus wana quickly settle my registration to get my lappy asap but in the end tat guy told mi they will call mi up again 18 days after the payment clear... damz... 18 days :s guess i got no choice jus to wait...
