miscommunication between agent o.O"
sigh... come back home found out electricity & water supply being cut off 
then go cut off the sealed lock on back & call up the agent go settle tml, big problem is WATER supply -.-" no water how to bath... 9+ agent shows up, explain everything as some miscommunication between him & other party... bleahz... try to open the water lock but cant 
no choice go to neighbour asking for help take come water for tonite use, lucky they are frenly. Thank God~
new place cant really get mi into gd sleep coz my room at front, corridor light too bright... argh... always awake middle of the nite, make mi guess tonite same... sleepless nite

install curtain??? got ur water n power supply back? maybe the owner run road n din pay PUB $$$. =X
theres a curtain but still bright :s hopefully today water supply will b release if not duno wat to do -.-"
buy one of those eye patch. wear it when going to sleep ^_^.
Used to do that when working night shift. Sunlight lagi worse ~_~
buy those dark curtains, might help. Brandon's also lidat but wif the thick curtain its ok.
