This few days suddenly quite interested to know abt this "Tudor" after read one of the artical *forgot which one, after search & read all about thier history & background, very interesting abt all thier history & affairs *still nid more time to really understand this Tudor Dynasty. well... The Tudors were a Welsh-English family, The Tudor dynasty or House of Tudor was a series of five monarchs of Welsh origin who ruled England and Ireland from 1485 until 1603.

Tudor England began when Henry VII became king in 1485. There were five Tudor monarchs, not counting Lady Jane Grey who ruled for just nine days.

The monarchs were, in order:
Henry VII (ruled from 1485 to 1509)
Henry VIII (ruled from 1509 to 1547)
Edward VI, son of Henry VIII (ruled from 1547 to 1553)
Mary I, daughter of Henry VIII (ruled from 1553 to 1558)
Elizabeth I, daughter of Henry VIII (ruled from 1558 to 1603)
